We are all about experimenting and exploring ideas. Especially if those experiments and ideas are good for our health. With this foundation and passion, it’s not surprising that our ideas came forth in the form of creating our very own Kombucha brewery. Our in-house kombucha brewery is our basecamp for creating seasonal flavors, with local tropical fruits, flowers, herbs and spices, all in the name of fun and creating delicious healthy products.

What Is Kombucha?

Kombucha is a naturally fermented tea made by brewing black or green tea with sugar and a live culture called SCOBY (a symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast). Over time, the fermentation process creates a tangy, fizzy drink that’s rich in probiotics, organic acids, and antioxidants. Loved for its refreshing taste and gut-friendly benefits, kombucha has become a daily ritual for health-conscious drinkers — and at Flocks, we brew ours in-house for the boldest flavor and freshest pour.
